CitySpaces has been selected as the Development Consultant for the Powell Place Women’s Shelter Renovation and Expansion project, in East Vancouver. Our client is the St. James Community Service Society, a multi-faceted organization that has been providing aid and assistance, primarily in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside for 50 years. The expansion will allow more space for inreach services and prgrams, and double the capacity of the shelter beds to 52.
