NANAIMO, Friday, March 30, 2012
We’re very pleased to have been selected as the Development Consultant for Pacifica Housing’s next project. Located in North Nanaimo, the building will house low-income male and female singles with a focus on an aging segment (45+ years) and a small youth/young adult component (10 units). Those to be housed lack a safe, permanent home, or are at-risk of becoming homeless and have complex issues that may include mental illness and addictions. Anticipated occupancy is Summer 2013. CLHa has been selected as the architectural firm. Deane Strongitharm and Miko Betanzo will represent CitySpaces’ as the Development Consultant.
