With a career in high-profile business and municipal government, Deane brings a unique perspective to consulting and project management. His projects span urban and rural settings, with specialties in marine-based tourism and development.

Dana brings over five years of experience in the non-profit housing sector, with a focus on addressing the housing needs of vulnerable youth, from low-barrier shelter spaces to transitional housing. She is deeply committed to developing environments that are not only cost-effective and functional but also trauma-informed and inspiring. Known for her attention to detail, Dana provides a critical eye throughout each stage of a project.

Having led the design and construction of two youth housing facilities, Dana possesses a clear and practical vision for creating spaces that are both safe and welcoming. She also has specialized expertise in helping organizations assess the operational requirements and long-term costs of their future spaces. Her open, collaborative approach fosters strong teamwork and supports both high-quality project outcomes and a positive working environment.

With a background in social, cultural, and housing policy, Ariella approaches complex issues through an equity- and place-based lens. As a Community Planner, she leverages her strong research, writing, and communication skills to support policy analysis, best practice research, strategy development, and inclusive engagement processes.

With a passion for innovative and unique opportunities in social purpose real estate, Anna works closely with clients to navigate complex multi-jurisdictional approval processes. She manages a variety of development projects, often with intricate challenges, and brings a practical perspective to problem-solving through her experience driving projects from conception to occupancy.
