With training in land use planning, policy evaluation, public engagement, and GIS analysis, he combines academic and technical skills to contribute to a wide range of projects. His interests cover housing and development, transportation, homelessness, and broader issues of urban equity.

At CitySpaces, Louis brings versatility and diligence to his project work, including housing needs assessments, systems mapping, workshop facilitation, engagement summaries, and spatial analysis. He approaches each project with organization, care, and a commitment to fostering meaningful dialogue and ensuring efficient project management.

Louis’ earlier experience as a youth worker helped shape his strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and ease in working with diverse communities. With a particular passion for civic education, he is driven to unpack complex problems, explore effective communication methods, and identify opportunities for learning and practical solutions.
