Harry brings over five years of experience in housing, working on non-profit and publicly-led projects across Western Canada. He has supported large public-private initiatives and gone on to lead mid-rise multi-family developments and supportive housing projects. This diverse experience has provided him with a deep understanding of the challenges housing operators face, which informs his work as a development consultant, where he advocates for clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Harry’s portfolio includes a range of funding and partnership models, giving him a strong grasp of the funding and approvals processes for key funding partners and municipalities. He has successfully leveraged this expertise to secure financing and municipal approvals for multiple projects at CitySpaces. Additionally, Harry is actively involved in mass timber and volumetric modular developments, gaining valuable experience with innovative building technologies that are shaping Canada’s housing sector.
