Project Overview
The proposed development is a four-storey, wood-frame apartment building comprising 24 residential units. All units will be designated for individuals in severe housing need who face barriers to accessing affordable housing but are able to live independently. Priority populations include:
- Women;
- Individuals transitioning from supportive or transitional housing;
- People with disabilities;
- Low- to moderate-income seniors; and
- Youth aging-out of foster care.
In addition to residential units, the building will include a shared indoor amenity space equipped with a residential-style kitchen and designed for flexible, multipurpose use. Outdoor amenities will feature landscaped common areas, surface parking, and secure bicycle storage.
