Project Overview
CitySpaces has supported the Hemlock Hill Village project from its early feasibility stages, helping to advance the development of 24 units of affordable, mixed-income rental housing on Bowen Island. The project is funded through BC Housing’s Community Housing Fund, with additional support from Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, Vancity, and the Bowen Island Community Foundation.
Hemlock Hill Village is being delivered through a partnership between Bowen Island Resilient Community Housing and Lookout Health and Housing Society, and is located on community-owned leased lands.
