Covenant House Phase II
Covenant House Vancouver's 3rd and final phase of their Expansion Project has wrapped up with youth moving in! CitySpaces is honoured to have supported Covenant House over several years throughout all phases of the Expansion Project. We're excited to have the Pender Street facility ready to welcome youth back to the building with a variety of new spaces including refreshed housing units, lounge spaces, ventilation systems, an exercise space, and a teaching kitchen. This project is an important partnership between Covenant House Vancouver, BC Housing, CMHC, and the City of Vancouver to be able to provide 44 units of safe and secure housing for youth at risk of and experiencing homelessness.
