CitySpaces is happy to announce that the Parksville Lions Hustwick Place has achieved Substantial Performance this week. CitySpaces was engaged by the Parksville Lions Housing Society in 2008 to manage the development of this project, which was funded jointly by the federal and provincial governments through the Seniors Rental Housing Initiative. The four storey building, designed by Joe Newell Architect, comprises commercial retail units and amenity space for the housing on the ground floor and 33 rental apartment units on the upper floors.
