As co-owner and Principal, Noha plays a lead role in supporting non-profits to realize their development projects from concept to occupancy. She has worked on numerous projects of various sizes and complexities.
Noha is a senior planner and development consultant with 20 years of experience in affordable housing, land development, and community planning. Noha uses her strong communication skills to facilitate creative and collaborative approaches to projects with local governments, as well as the private and not-for-profit sectors.
