Ondřej has over four years experience in strategic and urban planning, delivering housing projects, strategic documents, feasibility studies, financing, and business models in the Czech Republic. He has undertaken research studies and engagement activities with stakeholders and public institution, conducted socio-economic research assessing the quality of life of Prague residents, and completed a comprehensive research study focused on factors affecting housing prices.
Throughout his career, Ondřej has project-managed numerous residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects for municipal, governmental, and private clients. He stands out in his ability to comprehend clients’ needs, establish trust, and deliver out comes that are both qualitatively and quantitatively robust.
