The official opening of Timber Grove Apartments in Surrey is Friday, March 16th. CitySpaces was pleased to be the development consultant for this creative repurposing of modular homes from the Olympic Games. These 52 affordable rental homes for seniors and people with disabilities at risk of becoming homeless is a partnership of BC Housing, Fraser Health, the City of Surrey and Coast Mental Health, who will also be the operator.
