This development has been sponsored by the Capital Regional Hospital District (CRHD) and contains a mix of uses, including a campus of care. Following rezoning of the site, construction began on three projects. This photo, taken on August 12th, 2011, shows the completed Olympic Vista (36 units of supportive housing operated by the Cool Aid Society). Immediately adjacent and under construction is Vergo -14 townhouses with four apartments – which is owned by the CRHD and is primarily for families. In the middle of the site, construction is now underway on 55 seniors apartments (Carey Place). This project will operated by the Baptist Housing, and will be followed by a residential care and assisted living development.
