With over 20 years' experience as a community planner and housing development expert, Ian is dedicated to driving positive change through affordable housing, sustainable development, and economic prosperity. His extensive background includes consulting for private developers, non-profits, First Nations, and local governments.

His recent focus on affordable housing development is built upon his prior work in municipal planning and land use planning with First Nation communities. Ian excels in all aspects of housing development, including budgeting, financial analysis, approvals, community engagement, and energy-efficient design. He is particularly noted for his collaboration with First Nations on sustainable land use plans that respect traditional knowledge.
