Each project requires a tailored approach to engagement depending on project objectives and local context. As facilitators, we design engagement plans to suit project requirements and reflect best practices. It is important to clearly define engagement expectations and ensure community members know how and why their input will be considered.
We Use Creative Tools for Meaningful Engagement
We rely on a variety of tools to bring engagement to life and value creativity in the process. Our engagement plans have involved world cafes, pop-up events, listening posts, roundtable discussions, workshops, and sensitive listening interviews. Many of our projects require a hybrid approach to engagement and we have experience facilitating workshops virtually and using digital whiteboards to brainstorm solutions collaboratively.
