CitySpaces congratulates all winners in the Victoria’s Real Estate Board’s 20th Annual Commercial Awards. We are pleased to have been the Project Manager for three award winning projects – Camas Gardens operated by Pacifica Housing, Rock Bay Landing operated by the Victoria Cool Aid Society and Olympic Vista, also operated by Cool Aid. Together these three projects add 103 units of supportive and transitional housing for people at-risk of homelessness. BC Housing provided the majority of capital funding for these projects.
