CitySpaces is thrilled to be the recipient of the Planning Publications Award of Merit for our project “Expiring Operating Agreements Planning Guide”, a guide that we created for clients BC Non-Profit Housing Association and BC Housing. It was a real team effort with input from colleagues Jada Basi, Joanna Gauld, and both principals Linda Allen, FCIP, and Gwyn Symmons.
Subsequently, CitySpaces has been invited to speak on the guide at various conferences, and is in talks to create a national guide.
