Project Overview
The Pacific Autism Family Centre offers state-of-the-art resources for research, information, learning, assessment, treatment, and support; building capacity to address the lifespan needs of individuals and their families across British Columbia. The Centre also functions as the central hub for satellite centres across the province and houses several non-profit societies and other service providers, including a specialized daycare, library, day and outreach programs, and clinics.
CitySpaces acted as the Development Consultant for the project from very early stages through to post-occupancy for this 6,0002-metre, $29-million facility. Our team assisted with site identification, partnership generation, business case planning, and coordinated the program planning, building design, development approvals, community engagement, procurement, and construction delivery.
