Project Overview
Located just south of Metrotown and with access to Skytrain, the L’Arche Community Housing Project is a redevelopment of L’Arche Greater Vancouver’s group homes, expanding its housing portfolio to include purpose-built rental housing. The project is unique in that people with and without developmental disabilities share life together. The development includes three fully accessible group homes, affordable rental housing, and a variety of program spaces.
