Project Overview
CitySpaces is the Development Consultant on Creekside, a two phased project comprising 250 rental units to be owned and operated by Connective Support Society. CitySpaces led the successful application for funding through the BC Builds program along with Connective, Michael Green Architecture, and IDL Construction. With the approval of funding, CitySpaces is now the Owner’s Representative through design, working drawings, municipal approvals, and into construction.
When completed, the project will include two woodframe buildings with a mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom rental units at both market and affordable rental rates. With the Provincial Housing Target Orders issued to Kamloops, Creekside is making a significant contribution to the City’s rental housing stock at a time when Kamloops is one of the fastest growing communities in the province.
