As a Planning Assistant at CitySpaces, Alix leverages her expertise in land use planning, policy development and evaluation, GIS and spatial analysis, public engagement, and social planning to provide valuable insights on the projects to which she contributes. With a strong academic background in report writing, research, and both qualitative and quantitative data analysis, she combines these skills with her technical abilities to support a wide range of projects at CitySpaces.
Through her participation in the ULI Etkin Scholars program, Alix has gained valuable experience and mentorship, collaborating with professionals across Metro Vancouver on real estate and planning-related topics. She has a deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and improving communities for all.
