CitySpaces acted as the development consultant and project manager for both the planning and development of Camas Gardens, a 44-unit facility as permanent supportive housing for homeless single people and couples living in Victoria’s Fairfield neighbourhood. This facility, operated by Pacifica Housing, is one of three key initiatives to help end homelessness in the City of Victoria. As a BC Housing project, Camas Gardens received a LEED® Gold rating.
